our story
Fibrocorp began as a cross-disciplinary enterprise spanning papermaking, printing, power generation, and heating. In 2006, founder Paul Zhang established a dedicated R&D center focused on pulp molding technology using waste paper as raw material. By 2008, the team had built and tested its first self-developed automatic pulp forming machine in demonstration factories in Wenatchee and Tacoma — validated by retailers including Walmart, Safeway, Costco, Kroger, and Target.
In 2022, Fibrocorp reached a strategic partnership with a subsidiary of Genstar Capital, transferring patents and technology into the fresh food packaging space. Building on nearly two decades of molding expertise, the company successfully developed its pulp pallet technology in 2023 — a breakthrough that increased load-bearing capacity from 0.5 tons to over 10 tons, certified by SGS.
